A fantastic chance has arisen for a Research Manager / Associate Director to join a lively and rapidly expanding Market Research agency in the South East. The successful candidate will work within the specialist analytical team, implementing a wide range of specialist methodologies and delivering insightful analysis that helps support the project teams across all business sectors.

As Research Manager / Associate Director you will be responsible for the successful management of Data Analysis and implementing statistical techniques for projects such as conjoint analysis. Your main tasks will include; looking after day-to-day project management, leading and training junior members of staff, building and maintaining excellent relations with clients and delivering insightful and impactful presentations. You will also work closely to support the sales? team in pitching for new business and client development.

The successful candidates should have a strong academic background at degree level or above and extensive experience of quantitative Market Research from an agency environment. In addition you should have a proven track record in leading projects throughout the project lifecycle and a successful background managing clients, and external suppliers/agencies. You should be knowledgeable in a number of different research methodologies, highly analytical with an excellent ability to interpret numerical data. The ability to communicate effectively and write in a clear, succinct manner is essential in order to allow you to think beyond the research and deliver key insights.
