The person should 1. Be expert at Sage Line 50 (2007 edition) 2. Understand Sage reporting thoroughly 3. Strong knowledge of accountancy (with formal qualifications) 4. Ability to work with Excel and track financial data in excel 5. Generate invoices for the business 6. Verify invoices with Management 7. Post or email Invoices 8. Setup reoccurring invoices 9. Chase invoices and communicate with clients regarding delays 10. Pay suppliers 11. Prepare Vat returns 12. Handling post and other admin work 13. Banking The role will be relevant for 1 day per week. The actual hours are very flexible. Option for increasing hours and days if person is suitable.
