A Fantastic opportunity has arisen within a market leading software house based in Cambridge.
They are looking to recruit a business analyst who will be working on Java based development projects and consultancy assignments for their major blue chip clients.
You will have proven commercial experience of requirements gathering and analysis on small to medium sized development projects and will have the ability and skill
to relay these requirements back to members of the team in both a technical and non technical way.
As well as this you will be able to translate written requirements into UML based output and will be able to communicate effectively with the team.
Your role will also require you to manage a small development team and the projects that they work on and be able to produce any associated documentation.

Skills
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of application server platforms such as JBoss, management and leadership skills, proficiency with SQL, Cognos,
Prince2 and RUP Methodologies.
You will also have a working knowledge of relational databases and some exposure to Java technologies would be highly desirable to this role.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook is a must have as is excellent oral and written communication skills.
